ABOUT US
WiCOM is a field construction and services unit that serves the wireless and tower industry, providing expert solutions for wireless infrastructure, tower-related construction, technical services, including equipment installation and decommissions, and much more. WiCOM is a division of Welding Improvement, a company that has over forty years of experience in welding, fabricating, machining and customized steel material solutions for numerous industries, including wireless and tower.
For over 20 years, our ownership has provided construction, maintenance and technical services for all of the major wireless carriers and tower owners, as well as most of the program management firms in these industries. WiCOM self-performs all of our work, continually seeking out opportunities to develop long-term relationships with professional partners. We are conveniently located in northeast Ohio, offering services to the surrounding area and beyond.

All of our field employees are OSHA 10 and 30-hour certified, RF Awareness certified, and CPR and First Aid certified. We maintain a safe, drug-free workplace and offer in-house training to all of our employees to ensure that they are equipped to provide our customers and partners with the best possible service.
