ANTHONY K CARMELO
DIVISION PRESIDENT OF WiCOM SERVICES
Anthony K Carmelo is an owner of Welding Improvement and the director of the WiCOM division for ten years. He has over twenty years of experience working in telecommunications construction, including ten years of onsite field experience and two years of experience in project management for a Fortune 100 company. Anthony has multifaceted knowledge of tower and cell site construction, as well as technical expertise in cell site equipment, project management, and customer communication.
ZACHARY STRONG
DIVISION PRESIDENT OF WELDING IMPROVEMENT
Zachary Strong is an owner and the director of Welding Improvement, the fabrication division of WiCOM Services, and has been with Welding Improvement since 2021. He has a Masters of Science in Geology, with a strong background in Oil & Gas and machine operations and technical orientation.
JOHN ANDERSON
CFO
John Anderson is an owner of Welding Improvement and oversees administrative and financial functions for Welding Improvement and WiCOM Services. John has a BS degree in Accounting, is a CPA and has worked in the wireless industry for thirty years, serving as a business owner for twenty of those years. In addition to having strong administrative and financial skills, John has extensive knowledge of the wireless and tower industries.
MICHAEL SCOTT STRONG
FOUNDER AND VICE PRESIDENT
Michael Scott Strong is a founder and vice president of WiCOM, with over thirty years of history in the wireless industry and a degree in Civil Engineering. Michael has been an owner of Welding Improvement and WiCOM Services for twenty years, and has extensive expertise in structural steel and fabrication, as well as a strong knowledge of the wireless and tower industries.
